What will happen at our therapy sessions? At your first session we’re discover more about you, and how you wish to see positive change, how things maybe affecting your life currently, and the impact this may have. I will also explain more about our plan working together, what that may look like, and we will discuss reasonable goals for you, looking towards the future one step at a time. Typically our first session is longer for adults, generally 90 minutes, so please allow for this time too. At subsequent sessions we start to unravel root causes, once we start to unravel the root causes, releasing any negative life experiences, the magic starts to happen. During each session I will guide you through new tools & resources that allow you to feel calmer, more connected & to be in the present moment

What are Cognitive Hypnotherapy beliefs?Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy provides a framework and way of thinking that enables our therapists to purposefully use a great range of therapeutic techniques, ideas and tools to best support you in achieving your outcomes. You are unique, and so will be the way we help you. Among the beliefs that guide us are: All behaviour has a positive purpose, and people are doing the best they can with what they have available at that moment. People have everything they need to solve their issues. The ultimate purpose of therapy is to help you develop an internal locus of control, where you are in charge of how you respond to life. All problems are created by the mind, and so are all solutions. Trance is an everyday phenomenon present in every problem and an aid to the person’s solution.
